My goals in frisbee

Firstly I want to practice my back and fore hand throws, I need to perfect it as soon as possible. Frisbee is a sport that required a lot of stamina so we need to train our physical very hard. In the game, you need to defence and offence at the same time. As for me, I feel that NYP Ultimate Frisbee really make the team bonding. Recently, they just organized a party for the juniors to allow them to know each other well. I think that it's good to have such party. I have never regret joining the NYP Ultimate Frisbee. Our coach, Benjamin, make the team very strong and united which make a lot of clubs envy of it.
Let me tell you more about our training. For training, I need to bring a 1.5 litres of water bottles, dark T-shirt and White T-shirt. We need to drink alot of water as the weather will be extremely hot.For training at field, I will wear soccer boots to prevent me from falling and also allow you to move faster on the field.
Our coach set up a club called Disc Knight in Singapore which was quite well-known by people who love Frisbee.
A tip for you guys!
When you catching the disc, you need to use the pancake catch so that you will not hurt yourself if the disc was too fast.The picture below will teach you how!
